As for the horses, well it was a very long journey for them, and coupled with the fact that they have lived in the same place for the last 12 years it has been somewhat of a stressful time, but they are beginning to settle in now.
 
Here are Polly and Molly helping themselves to a very large bale of hay that our neighbouring farmer brought over for them. We do not have much grass at the moment as the field was sown with a mixture of oats and rye. We shall fix this in the autumn.
... and Bounder standing at the entrance to the hangar which will shortly be bricked out into individual stables, wondering what on earth that "thing" is in the other side of the hangar.
Possibly our new mode of transport Bounder. We are even ready for the world supply of oil to run out here!
Emily at the mere mention of any word that is not food or food related is keeping a low profile.
 
   
Finally a picture of the drive that comes up to our house. Not quite tree lined yet, but give it another couple of years and you may find apples falling on your head.!!
